Opportunity Information
As part of its mission to provide fair, efficient, and effective justice for all, the Maryland Judiciary awards Jurisdictional Family Services Grants to support the operations of family services programs and family divisions in each county. These grants are intended to enhance the circuit courts’ ability to provide a fair, efficient, and effective forum for resolving domestic and juvenile matters. The Judiciary is equally committed to ensuring that services provided by the courts are accessible to all litigants regardless of their ability, and without regard to representational status. These grants are intended to assist the circuit courts in fulfilling the mandate of Maryland Rule 16-307 (formerly Rule 16-204).
